First, a background story:
Not long after I moved to Gainesville, I knew I wanted to adopt a dog. I looked through Petfinder for days on end waiting to find my perfect pup. I spent even more time on Facebook stalking the rescues in Gainesville for adoptable dogs. This is how I came across my dog, Sofie, and soon after, Astor, and the rest was history.
How does this at all relate to photographing today's cats? Had I not adopted a dog here in Gainesville, I never would have been introduced to Faithful Friends Pet Rescue, and I never would've had the opportunity to photograph these cats today. I'm so lucky to have been able to volunteer & foster with Faithful Friends long before I picked up a DSLR, and I'm even luckier to now photograph their adoptable cats & dogs.

The Lineup
The adorable mostly white with black kitty you've seen so far is "You're Beautiful". She was such a sweet, shy girl!
Her sister, "Dusty Road", was the star of our session. She would strut & strike a pose like a diva!
Last, but certainly not least!
Sweet, sweet "Katie Cat". I think she's my favorite, and if I didn't already have such a loud, busy household (and if I didn't rent, LOL), I'd adopt her in a heartbeat!
